The Big 5 Construct Indonesia

For the first time this year, The Big 5 Construct Indonesia and Konstruksi Indonesia collocate in conjunction with Indonesia Infrastructure Week (IIW), Indonesia’s largest gathering of infrastructure stakeholders and decision makers.

The construction related event will gather more than 600 international and local construction exhibitors, attracting 10,000 visitors. The IIW will also host the first ASEAN G2B (government-to-business) Infrastructure Investment Forum, where both the public and private sectors across ASEAN countries can meet to discuss development challenges. The forum, initiated by the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), offers a unique opportunity for visitors to directly connect with the chambers of commerce and investment boards of all 10 ASEAN nations, which will have stands in the exhibition’s plenary hall area.

Alongside the exhibition, The Big 5 Construct Indonesia 2016 will offer more than 20 free-to-attend CPD certified workshops, giving delegates unique insights into challenges and opportunities facing the country’s construction industry.  Presented by industry experts, these sessions include Project Management, BIM & LEED. In addition, workshops on 11 November will be dedicated to sustainable construction.

The Big 5 Construct Indonesia is part of The Big 5, the largest, most influential and renowned portfolio of construction industry events spanning the Middle East, India, South East Asia and Africa. Organised by dmg events Middle East, Asia and Africa with its network of more than 300,000 suppliers and buyers of construction products from 120 countries, The Big 5 focuses on the specific needs of the construction industries of the countries where it takes place, enjoying support from both national and international institutions.
